Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to support@epicjourney.website.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the tour start date may be eligible for a full refund (minus transaction fees).
Cancellations made 15β29 days before the tour start date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before the tour start date are non-refundable.
In rare cases where we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as safety concerns, natural disasters, or lack of minimum participants), travelers will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour of equal value.
Travelers who fail to show up on time or arrive late for a scheduled tour will not be eligible for a refund.
Requests to reschedule a booking must be submitted at least 15 days before the tour date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees depending on the package.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7β14 business days and credited back to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Certain services (such as travel insurance, visa fees, or third-party add-ons) are non-refundable once booked.
Epic Journey is not liable for refunds in cases where cancellations occur due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or global emergencies.
